When you work with external search firms to source talent, you can expect to pay a placement fee as high as 30% of the candidate’s annual salary. For the sake of this comparison, let us say you only pay 20% compared to our flat-fee model. We will use a starting salary of $60,000

$60,000 x 20% fee = $12,000
Veteran Recruiting Flat Fee Model for One Month
$7500 with no additional fees when you hire our candidates, and we will conduct at least two searches for you during that time.
All recruitment packages include the following:
- Dedicated recruiter
- Job scrape
- Booth in the Veteran Recruitment Center
- Participation in virtual career fairs
- Standalone virtual career fair
- Targeted candidate searches
- Email blasts
Pricing
One Month $7,500
- Two candidate searches at a time
- You can replace a search with another if it is filled within the contracted time
Three Months $19,000
- 3 candidate searches at a time
- You can replace a search with another if it is filled within the contracted time
Six Months $36,000
- 4 candidate searches at a time
- You can replace a search with another if it is filled within the contracted time
Twelve Months $60,000
- 4 candidate searches at a time
- You can replace a search with another if it is filled within the contracted time
Standalone candidate searches may be purchased for a flat fee of $5,000 per search, or on a contingency basis equal to 15% of the hired candidate’s annual salary.
