J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (WM), with client assets of $1.3 trillion and more than 160 years of experience, provides integrated services for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth families and individuals worldwide. WM products offered to clients include investments, credit, deposits, and fiduciary products across the Private Bank (PB), JPM Securities (JPMS) and Chase Wealth Management (CWM).

The team is responsible for the integrity of all revenue reporting. The group works in partnership with a variety of business partners to ensure accuracy, research discrepancies, and help support the financial reporting of our various lines of business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • End to end ownership of the monthly financial and MIS close process as it relates to Investment products. This includes developing the current month revenue forecast, overseeing the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, monitoring activity and providing management with regular updates on monthly performance and results.
  • Continually evaluate and enhance the control framework. As well as consistently look to standardize best practices across LOBs through proactive communication and process re-engineering.
  • Collaborates with multiple finance departments throughout the Firm to support and accurately capture the economics surrounding our various products. This includes the ongoing review, and at times the re-negotiation of revenue share arrangements.
  • Continually monitor and assess department deliverables to develop and implement more efficient procedures, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries from CFO teams as well as management regarding financial results and various ad hoc requests.



Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • 5 years Accounting and Finance experience
  • Deep knowledge of financial services and wealth management industry
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
  • Extensive Excel and Access knowledge; working knowledge of Essbase a plus
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and has ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
  • Must be able to work in a team environment while maintaining control with limited supervision
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues
