Oversee the coordination, deployment and implementation of End to End Labeling Program from conception to completion in collaboration with functional departments to successfully develop and assure implementation, definition and diffusion of objectives, strategies, actions (tactics) plans, and its execution. The Scope of this program begins with the initiation of a request for a label for Medical Device product, through the entire process until the label is printed and applied to the product at the point of distribution. The program includes new Operating models, enterprise wide procedure alignment and development, implementation of strategic systems and applications, process improvements, and global labeling quality initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage strategic, transformational enterprise-wide End to End Labeling programs
  • Facilitate the creation and approval of complex business cases within the program, and coordinates the sharing of resources among projects
  • Establish, maintain, and influence program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external to the organization
  • Develop a high-level intergraded milestone plan for the program and manages program change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts
  • Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) and captures and communicate program status and data in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders
  • Obtain approval for the program and actively manage program benefits and issues in partnership with business partner
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management, including guiding and mentoring project managers; sourcing and directing contract resources tied to projects within the program; and develop expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market or product
  • Optimize resource allocation of portfolio in partnership with functional leaders across divisions/site
  • Own one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities
  • Build project management capabilities across divisions/site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Twelve years of experience in Packaging, Labeling, Project Engineering, Quality Engineering, and/or Project Management
  • Five years of experience in a regulated Medical Device industry
  • Five years' experience with labeling applications, systems, and processes, including familiarity with medical device software quality procedures.
  • Ten years' experience supporting Organization Change Management teams to implement new operating models, roles and responsibilities through supply chain
  • Project Management (PMP) certification required
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification and/or Green Belt, Black Belt, or Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Proven record of delivering business impact
  • Ability to travel internationally 25%
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Expert understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing multiple projects and charting the course of overall programs (portfolio)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including interactions with higher, equivalent and lower level internal and external representatives concerning projects, area decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or driving contractual clarifications
