Location: Work-At-Home Opportunity. Selected candidate must live within the West LA/South Bay area

The Field Sales & Service Rep is responsible for meeting monthly sales goal for an assigned territory through self generating (approximately 80%) of one's own leads. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Sells and promotes Medicare and MediCal products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations to consumer groups, arranging private appointments in the customer's homes, making outbound phone calls to prospects, and managing prospect leads in the automated lead CRM tracking system according to the departments' standards.
  • Identifies opportunities within the territory to generate leads, in addition to those provided by the company, through building relationships with contracted medical providers, PCPs, senior organizations and other community leaders and educating these groups about our Anthem portfolio of products.
  • May provide member retention services to existing customers.
  • May require some overnight travel, as well as working evening and weekend hours.

  • Requires a high school diploma; 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS preferred. Requires Accident/Health/Life License to be obtained with 30-60 days of employment. Valid driver's license in the State in which the representative enrolls prospects required. A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) on selected candidate will be obtained upon hire. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. S ome knowledge with Medicare or MediCal a plus. Must have some proficiency in working with a CRM tool or software programs and be willing and able to quickly learn. Must feel comfortable working with some technology.
