DAV will partner with Veteran Recruiting and many of America’s biggest and best companies to ensure that at least 10,000 disabled veterans find rewarding careers by 2019. DAV & Veteran Recruiting will host multiple virtual career fairs throughout the year to connect veterans with disabilities with industry leading companies who are serious about hiring them. Thank You for your interest in the 10KDAV Hiring Challenge. We are thrilled you see the value, talent, education, and work ethic that disabled veterans add to the workforce. Before signing up for the challenge, you should know that you will be required to support our efforts to track how many disabled veterans are hired each quarter. If you have veterans who self-identify, we will ask that as part of your on-boarding process, you send out an email to all new hires letting them know of the 10KDAV Hiring Challenge, and provide a link that they can access should they choose to include their information as a disabled veteran who has been hired. We will keep a running number on www.10kdav.com of all the disabled veterans hired, and will report once per quarter to the White House Joining Forces Initiative
